Getting started

About support coordination

What does a support coordinator do?

A support coordinator helps you use your NDIS plan. We help you understand your funding, find and compare providers, set up service agreements, solve problems when supports fall through, and prepare for your plan review.

How do I know if support coordination is in my plan?

Support coordination is listed under Capacity Building supports in your NDIS plan. If you're unsure, send us your plan or call 0478 532 025 and we'll check it with you.

Do I have to pay for support coordination?

If support coordination is funded in your plan, our time is paid from that budget at NDIS pricing rates, so there is nothing to pay out of pocket.

What's the difference between a support coordinator and a plan manager?

A plan manager looks after the financial side of your plan, such as paying invoices and tracking spending. A support coordinator helps you choose, organise and coordinate the supports themselves. Many participants have both.

What's the difference between support coordination and specialised support coordination?

Specialised support coordination is for situations with higher complexity or risk, such as hospital discharge, behaviour support or housing crises. It focuses on resolving barriers and coordinating many services at once. The NDIA decides which level is funded in your plan.

Working with us

About All is Well

Can I switch to All is Well from another coordinator?

Yes. You have choice and control over who coordinates your supports. We'll manage the handover with your previous coordinator so nothing is missed.

Who will I be working with?

You'll have a consistent support coordinator from our team who gets to know you, your family and your goals, so you're never passed around or asked to repeat your story.

Can you help if my family doesn't speak English?

Yes. We speak Hindi and Punjabi, and arrange interpreters for other languages, so your whole family can take part in decisions.

Which areas do you cover?

We support participants across all of Sydney, with a particular focus on Western Sydney, including Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, Liverpool, Fairfield and Campbelltown. We also support participants in other parts of NSW, with visits as well as phone and video. See areas we serve.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. All is Well Care (ABN 45 668 677 772) is a registered NDIS provider for support coordination. You can check our listing on the NDIS Commission provider register.

How quickly can you start?

We currently have capacity for new participants and can usually start straight away, with an onboarding call or a face-to-face meeting. Urgent and hospital discharge referrals are prioritised, so please call 0478 532 025.

Mental health

About recovery coaching

What does a psychosocial recovery coach do?

A recovery coach supports people living with psychosocial disability to plan their recovery, build skills and routines, and coordinate their NDIS and community supports, bringing specialist mental health knowledge to the role.

Is a recovery coach a counsellor?

No. A recovery coach doesn't provide therapy or clinical treatment. We work alongside your clinical team.

What if I'm in crisis?

We are not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For 24/7 crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
