How do I know if support coordination is in my plan?
It appears in the Capacity Building section of your NDIS plan. If you're not sure, call us on 0478 532 025 and we'll check it with you.
Does it cost me anything?
No. When support coordination is funded in your plan, our time is paid from that budget at NDIS pricing rates.
Can I change support coordinators?
Yes. You can choose who coordinates your supports. We'll manage the handover with your previous coordinator so nothing is missed.
Does support coordination work with any plan management type?
Yes. As a registered NDIS provider, we work with participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed.
