NDIS plans, letters and service agreements are long and full of jargon. When English isn't the language you use at home, it's easy to miss funding you're entitled to, or to agree to something you didn't fully understand.

Language support FAQs
Is there an extra cost for support in Hindi or Punjabi?
No. Our team speaks Hindi and Punjabi, so there is no extra charge. Support coordination is funded through your NDIS plan.
Can my family members join meetings?
Yes, with your agreement. We encourage family members and carers to be involved in the way you choose.
What if we speak a different language?
We arrange professional interpreters for other languages. You can also call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to connect you with us.
Do you only work with Indian and Punjabi families?
No. We support participants of every background across Sydney and NSW. Hindi and Punjabi are simply two of the languages we can offer support in.
